Your privacy is very important to Jumprental. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: AVG). This means that we:

- Store as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes;

- Explicitly seek consent to the processing of your personal data, should consent be required;

- Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties who process personal data for us;

- Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed with us.

Your information is safe with us and we will always use this information wisely. In this privacy statement, we explain what we at Jumprental all do with information we learn about you.

Order processing

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your:

We need this because of the contract we enter into with you. We keep this information, up to two years after your order is completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the legal tax retention obligation.

You can buy things in our company Jumprental where we use your personal data to handle and register the purchase. For this purpose we use your:

Our company displays advertisements.We don't publish these ourselves, advertising agencies we work with do. These agencies keep track of whether you find the ads interesting, and use that information to provide only fun or interesting ads and offers in the future.

With the exception of the parties required to provide the services listed above, we do not under any circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are required to do so by law (for example, if the police require it in the case of suspected crime).
