Terms Delivery, rental conditions and Safety
Safety is always number one with us, we therefore work exclusively with materials produced in the Netherlands. Of course our attractions meet the strictest safety requirements (NEN-EN 14960) and have a type approval issued by a Dutch testing authority. Any printing on our attractions comply with the NEN 71-3 standard.

Of course our attractions undergo a comprehensive inspection when they return to our location. The attractions are completely cleaned with a safe detergent and checked for any damage or defects. In case of damage you should report it immediately to Jump Rental.
Despite the fact that our attractions meet all the strict safety requirements, unfortunately an accident can happen at any time. Therefore it is important not to leave the attraction unattended and at all times to provide supervisors / monitors (minimum of 18 years or older). You must also ensure that the rented equipment is firmly anchored to the ground, regardless of the weather or location. Our products are of course supplied with pegs.
In case of calamities (fire,power outage, high winds), supervisors or guides should evacuate participants from the rented materials as soon as possible.
At a wind force of more than 5 Beaufort it is irresponsible to use our inflatable attractions and tents. (or indicated otherwise)
Insurance and Permits
Damage to the rented attractions, occurring between the time of pickup and return, are for your account. When renting larger attractions or orders we recommend to take out an event insurance which also covers the materials we rent. You are also responsible for obtaining a permit for your event. This does not apply to every event you organize.

Deposit
If you return the attraction complete, dry and tidy at the end of the rental period, you will of course get the deposit back.
However, any necessary cleaning and/or repair costs (at Jumprental's discretion) will be settled.
The amount of the deposit depends on the value of the product you are renting. The deposit is always listed with your order.
Pick up
You will pick up and return the rented item to us yourself.
Identification is required when picking up. It is possible to pay with us both in cash and by pin.
If you want, you can rent a trailer from us, for 20 euros a day.
